The Elizabeth Lounge Chair from Audo Copenhagen, formerly known as Menu, is a comfortable and regal piece, named after Queen Elizabeth after she purchased a pair on a visit to Copenhagen in 1962. The celebrated designer Ib Kofod-Larsen’s pieces emphasize detail, proportion, and refinement. Here a wood framework offers a timeless element in its organically shifting hues and texture. This framework slants to give one a pleasant lean when lounging. Contoured legs and armrests complement the curves of the body. Foam filler adds comfort while a cradling seat shell made from upholstered leather gives one a restful posture that’s suited for the home or a palace. Color: Bronze.
